Biography
For more than 30 years, Jack Darakjian has been helping Nebraskans identify the best ways to tackle their debt challenges. He handles personal bankruptcies for a diverse group of clients, as well as Chapter 11 proceedings for companies seeking to restructure their debts without halting their business operations.
Jack frequently gives seminars to fellow attorneys and community groups on a variety of debt relief issues. He also has written articles on bankruptcy law for several legal publications.
A resident of Gretna, Jack is active in his church and enjoys playing softball on weekends. He and his wife have three grown children.
